I'm a photographer and computer scientist living in New York City.

I aim to capture the world as it is, without manipulating scenes or posing people. I've organized the photos on this site into: Overview & Highlights, City Places, City People, Travel & Nature.

My photographs have been published in newspapers and magazines, and I make prints to specification for private collections and professional spaces. Citations on the Web include: The New York Times, Boing Boing, The West Side Rag, Animal New York, DNAinfo, Photography Blogger.

My software projects have earned a US Patent (7284208), and have been featured in publications including Wired, Time, People, Techcrunch, Boing Boing, NY Daily News, CNET, Salon, Slashdot. Recipient first-place award, MIT Media Lab juried art contest.
